Bedroom Outlets

Good news; found the two outlets that are on base of bed.

Bad news: one of those is not quite accessible when bed slide is out.

I can’t tell from your photos if there’s enough room for a side mounted outlet.
You plug it in the existing duplex outlet and it provides 6 side facing outlets.
In your case, you could at least get access to 3 of them if there’s enough room between the bed base and the fixed wall.

See attached photo....available at Home Depot/Lowe’s

There are several types of fixtures that will plug into that and give you side outlets. Perhaps an inch or so thick, IF you have the clearance. They are made to go behind furniture that is close to a wall and blocking an outlet.
You didn't ask but if those white spots are staples you can easily hide them with brown paste wax boot polish (like Kiwi.) Put some on your finger and rub it on the staple. It's an old furniture salesman trick.

Thanks For the ideas. I looked at relocating the outlet. Would need to hack out more of the inside wall as well as cut hole on outside wall for the outlet. Not a big deal.

I prefer not to crawl down and play with a side outlet every time, as it would have to be removed every time the slide is activated. Only about 1-1/4” clearance between the moving leg and stationary outlet.

Thinking of moving the leg out 5” as well - that may be easiest and cleanest result.

Could you rotate the leg by 90 degrees or cut a passthru through the leg?

I went to the website. Product specifications do not list any Underwriters Laboratory (UL) or any other safety listing. I'd look further.

Why don't you just jumper from the existing to a newly installed one where you want it?

remove the outlet, cut one in 8" to the left and replace both. Install baby protectors in the blocked one.
