Camping World Service

I am buying my 364 TS from Camping World of Oxford, Alabama (formerly Dandy RV) which is about an hour from home.
I am interested in hearing from members about the quality of service they have received from Camping World service centers. I am not new to Class A coaches and am a pretty good DIYer. But would like to hear from others about your service experience from Camping World locations as that will be my first option for service when needed.

I am brand new to class A motor homes and have been to Camping World twice for service (Oklahoma City, Woodstock GA). One was for an emergency repair so we could make it home and another time for warranty service.

Both times the staff at Camping World were very courteous and friendly. For the emergency repair they took us in immediately and had us back on the road in less then 2 hours.

I will have my motor home in again on Saturday for additional work. If I remember I will update you on my experience.

BTW... I did not purchase from Camping World if that makes a difference.

Camping world installed my satellite dish as well as my 50 amp surge protector. Being an electrician I could have done it my self but I am willing to pay a little more for the two year almost unconditional warranty....if they installed it, they will make it right if something goes wrong with whatever they had a hand in. I liked the work and would not hesitate to go them for anything and they do warranty work as well.

When we had a Travel Trailer that was new they did the warranty work and worked with manufacturer even though they didn't sell that brand. After we are finished with our purchasing dealer this week all new items will be taken there good people.
