Captain chair replacement parts??

Wife managed to snap off the lever arm for the front/back adjustment slide on the passenger captain chair. Anybody know where I can source replacement parts?

I've scoured the internet and all I'm finding are pedestal base w/swivel control. Cant seem to find the CHAIR BASE with the tracks that manually adjust forward/backward.

Plan B: fabricate a new lever arm
Plan C: upgrade both captain chairs...

Just a word, replacing chair not cheap. Wife did not like that passenger chair was not electric like drivers on our GT5. Chair, wire harness, base and installation $2500. She is happy, so old saying is true.
