changing bulbs

How do you get either the lens or the light apart to change bulbs the ones in ceiling 2013 378xl

I have tried rubber shelf lineing and went counterclockwise wise will not move does the lens unscrew or ????

I have used a strap wrench, but they are tough to get off.

Does the chrome piece come off, or just the glass lens unscrew

Both. You can pull the entire assembly down and out of the ceiling and see what you are up against. The assembly is held in place with spring loaded wire flaps.

I just changed mine a couple weeks ago and had to take them out of the ceiling to get them apart, but be prepared to have a mess with the Styrofoam that comes with it.
