Hi John,
By the way gas just dropped to $ 3.13 at my Fry's, at Quick-trip at Thomas and
Hayden today it was $2.999.
Hopefully it will keep coming down but I will not hold my breath.

GasBuddy.com - Find Low Gas Prices in the USA and Canada shows current and historical prices around the US and Canada. Doesn't seem to show where the best current bargains are though. It shows that the current lowest average price is in Wyoming at $2.82.
All of California and NY State are the highest while Texas and a few states to the north of it are the lowest. I wonder why prices vary so much? Local taxation?
In Canada we pay exorbitant prices at about $4.50 a gal. at present. We were paying over $5 recently. Canada has massive oil reserves and is a net oil exporter. So why the high prices?

How does your schedule look for driving down early Wednesday (12/19/12) for lunch?

Hey Iggy, gas is floating around the 2.95 a gal. here in Casa Grande, Less probably at Fry's using the fry card. Diesel is around 3.57. Sure wish it would get down below 2.95..
Nigel says Wed would be good, good for us too. Hopefully a dry day! Wow, we know you all need the rain, you've had it, now stop.. 
Are you bringing the MH or just driving down? We are in site 133 & 134 Left turn on Newman St.

No motorhome. We will drive down inthe truck. I figure if we get down ther by 10AM we can sit and chat a while and decide where we will have lunch.

myredracer, I think Canadians call it "Free Health Care" and a host of other social programs, such as maternity leave with pay for twelve months for mom and an additional six months for dad. Probably the same reason a case of beer in Canada costs around $40 whereas we can get a 30 pack of Labatt's for $18.99 with a $3-$4 rebate to boot.

Not quite but close. We also export our oil. It's a global market thing. Our beer tastes better though!

baldy, I do prefer Molson's Canadian to Labatts Blue. However, one of Labatt's lastest craft beer additions is Pyramid Brewery out of California and they have some excellant brews. Speaking of, the US importer of Labatts is located in Buffalo, NY and they are a fantastic part of the business population in WNY and I'm glad I can support them when I do buy Pyramid beers both at retail and at pubs.

Speaking of Labatt's Blue - I was recently home at Henrietta, NY (just south of Rohester) and LBB was all my beer drinking brothers would drink.
I don't care for it, but as you say, it is popular in WNY.
