If you prop your head up on pillows or sleep on your side with your knees bent your feet don't hang over but if you lay flat on your back in a 72" long king and you are taller than 72" your feet will stick out past the end. You can't install a full length king because the slide would not be able to come all the way in. We have full size kings at home and at our cottage in Maine. I sleep ok on the shorter king in the MH but my feet are usually poking out when the wife tries to walk by. Its only an issue if "Mr Grumpy" wakes up in the middle of the night because the wife bumped his feet on the way to the bathroom, haha.

Just measured the "king" in my FR360. 72x72 width works for us length a little short for me. Can't be any longer because of good sized dresser and closet. Can't be any wider than the slide.
