Courtesy/Reading lamps

New to me:2003 Georgetown 346

Fuse # 7 under the dash is good (all are good)
Bulbs tested good,
I press button on dash,
I spin the button on the back of the lamp

but no reading lamps over the driver and passenger.

Any schematics available?

Operator manual for the coach?

Any ideas?

Thanks

Sometimes the power is routed through the dash display dimmer if it has an off detent.

The fuse could be in the battery control center box close to the coach batteries. I have a different and later model rig but could be the same.

I did find that the 2nd fuse from the top was blown. I put a new 15 amp fuse in and it did not blow. However, the lights still don't come on.

I rotated the dial for the courtesy lights and I heard the relay click (middle one) in the fuse panel. So that portion works. The lights do not come on and using a test light there is no power going to the light fixture.

I pulled the dash open where the reading lamp switch is. I probed the connection for the reading lamp and there is no power there.

I will keep the post updated when I find my solution. Especially if I find a wiring diagram .

Update: The reading lamp rocker switch is not receiving 12 v (+). When I force feed it with 12 v(+) to the red wire from the cigarette lighter plug, the reading lamps work properly with the rocker switch. So no juice coming in on the red wire to the switch.

Targeting the fuse panel under the steps. 3 of the fuses do not have juice on either side of the fuse. mmmmhhh. Getting close. I am looking for a diagram of thatfuse panel where the 2 solenoids are.

This is the battery control center (BCC) box I mentioned earlier. This is my BCC. It may help.

Thank you.It looks like the battery control unit failed on one of the areas. So, they must have scrambled to re-wire everything behind the area where the camera is.
Thanks again
