DIY coolant replacement

The coolant in our 2012 378 should be replaced.Since I've been changing it's engine oil I'm considering doing this on my own as well.
The instructions in the shop manual seem fairly straight forward but before I go ahead I thought I'd touch base with you guys

- has anyone out there done this ?
- is there anything I should be aware of ?
- is there anything I should or should not do while doing it?

Thanks

I think the orange coolant is what's called for. But you probably know this.
