We have bought two locks from lazy days and returned both. Husband contacted forest river in within a week they sent us a new one. Problem idiot does not Fit, we have had two RV repairmen here in Tampa saying FR sent wrong lock. NOT feeling safe with bungee cord keeping door shut. Anyone else having this problem? LindA
Not sure what you mean by not working but we have trouble with ours. Where the lock won't engage because it has shifted or loose. Have to reposition and tighten scews.
