Dry Camping with a 2013 378

Good Day All:

We are going to attend the EAA show in Oshkosh, Wisconsin in late July and hoping to get some insight on dry camping. We have the Commercial Fridge and concerned about having enough power to run the AC and keep the food cold. The Campsite will only allow the Gennie to run from 8 am to 10:30 pm and quite hours thereafter. Not sure how long all will operate without draining the batteries??...

Some thoughts are to keep the fridge doors closed and possibly run only 1 AC Unit..

Any insight would be appreciated.

We have the 2 battery set up. We only run the gen (Honda 2000i) for 2-3 hours in the mornings, mostly so I can run my hair dryer, microwave, charge electronics, etc, and we've been fine.
