Dual furnaces

Why does the XL 377 and 378 have dual furnaces and the XL 369 have one? Does it have something to do with the 3 slides?
When mine works it does a good job even in single digit temperatures and 20 to 30mph winds. I do have to keep the rear bath door open. Hopefully that we can get that fixed.

I have a 378 with dual furnaces. My guess is two fold. 1. With the second furnace that mainly heats the bedroom, the motorhome can be better segregated in to two areas if more the one couple is staying in it. 2. Not sure if a single large enough furnace is available that can accommodate the complete motorhome.

I am not sure there is any REAL logic to it...the 350XL has 3 slides and only has one furnace, the 352 has 4 slides and 2 furnaces, the two coaches are nearly identical with the exception of the Residential fridge in the 350, and extra slide and floor space in the front area when fully extended.

Darn, just responded to another thread saying I had one furnace on my 369 before I got to this topic! Guess there's models have two! Mine seems to work fine with the one.

Rear bath is the same with low flow. I like to run the furnace with the heat strip blowing in the back. That helps.

Could it be that the coaches with 2 furnaces are lower BTU earrings than the coaches that only have 1 furnace?
