electric slide
I can not extend slide. The control panel has green light blinking, room or lock movement. also red blinking light, fault code:consult manual if flashing.
I topped off batteries this morning. is there a another control or breaker other than the dc 25amp fuse, that is good. I don't understand what happened.

Did you try with shore power hooked up? Parking brake on motor off and all that requisite stuff.

Check out the attachments, presuming you have the Power Gear SlimRack system. Does the slide have a black, floating, plastic-looking rail on the top and bottom of each side of the slide, and it has gear teeth? If so, you do have a SlimRack system.
In the Technical Training, starting at page 12, they have programming and troubleshooting information including what the blinking lights mean. Blinking Green and blinking Red could mean the parking brake is not set per side 15, but it depends on how many times each one is blinking.
The Owners Manual, page 2, also discusses what the blinking lights mean.
HTH,
Ray

Oh man....sorry you have a problem. I have the same slide/camper. The 12 volt fuse is in the panel under your bed. I believe it is the bottom fuse if you want to try resetting the power to the controller which is in the top of the 4th bay from the front on the drivers side. As others have mentioned figuring out what the trouble codes are telling you would be helpful. Please share what you find....

electric slide
Hello again,
I did set the parking brake, ignition off, shore power hooked.
I charged with a 2amp charger to 100percent.
At first, the red blinked 4 times, now the green and red alternate 1 blink each.
Thank You for the link to reset. I'll let you know the result when I get back in there.
It's been in my drive for 2 months.
Thanks again.

Interesting. Four red means a motor fault but one of each means parking brake is not set.

I only use shore power for the slides myself. The engine needs to be running for the jacks but not the slides if shore power is available. Or the generator.
Some model of RVs have a lockout so the slides will not move if the engine is running. I vaguely recall that some Winnebagos are like that.

Yes, I usually level while motor is running, and extend slide after shore power is hooked up.
I appreciate the dance moves but will save for my victory dance. Lol
All the input is spot on.
I did remove the push pad and as any kid would do, when he sees buttons, start pushing. that explains the error in codes.
My question going forward is. Can I clear codes and not have to go into emergency and take into an authorized service center. It scares me to think about how long it would be tied up.
I will begin by checking motors for operation with jumpers and go from there.

Good to hear. Would you please post what the resolution was in case someone else has a similar problem in the future?

electric slide
I resolved my slide issue by reprogramming the wall keypad. I will try to post the link by NXR. it's a Power gear slim rack system, I am almost thinking the problem was caused by me installing a battery cut off switch. It came out of the clear blue. The keypad has program switches on the back.
