Endless HOT water

i added a tankless electric water heater to my coach to get endless hot water.

i put it just before the cold water supply to the hot water heater.

it is as stibel eltron mini 3.

Stiebel Eltron | Mini™ Tankless Electric Water Heater

uses 30 amps. wired up a completely separate circuit and have two plugs to shore power one 50A and the one i added at 30A. every park ive been to has both plugs in the shore power so no problem.

the tankless can only raise the water temp about 15 degrees at 1.5GPM or something like that, and the factory tank heater will increase the water another 15 degrees AFTER its tank is fully depleted.

i modified the shower head to let out less water. thats a requirement for this to work and keep the water hot.

ran the flexible grey conduit under the holding tanks across the coach from the hot water compartment to the tank valve compartment, then back through the wheel well and back past the fuel filler pipe into the rear storage compartment where i mounted the new 30A breaker panel.

thought you all would like this on your coach too.

What was wrong with your water heater that came with the rig?
I use electric as well as gas when I'm parked for awhile and never run out of hot water.
I usually leave the electric on all the time and if I plan to need a lot of hot water I turn on the gas switch. Mine is a 10 gallon water heater.

Expensive add-on. How many kids do you have .

Do you still have your existing gas/electric water heater?
