Euro Bed

Well, we have our first issue we can’t resolve. We have the overhead bed stuck up and it won’t come down. I appears to have no power as the little green light doesn’t come on and it does nothing. Any ideas? I guess we’ll call somebody tomorrow.

Mine does not have any lights, just the key and the pushbuttons. Do you have the seat belt unbuckled? It has an electrical switch inside that keeps the bed from moving if it's buckled.

Yes, it was unbuckled. We’ve tried numerous times. I was thinking it had a light and the manual says it does as well. It’s not lit if there is one.
