Ford V10 Repeated Check Engine Light-O2 Sensor

Our 2015 Georgetown 270SSF's Check Engine Light comes on repeatedly indicating a problem with the Oxygen Sensor (O2): This happened at 16,000 miles, then at 19,000, again at 30,000, again at 37,000. The O2 Sensor has been replaced 3 times. It just spent over a month at the Ford Dealer while they worked with Ford Corporate Tech to run tests to find the problem. Result?: No idea what's causing it but the bill is $500. Their advice: it's not critical, just keep driving it... Thanks alot!

Anyone else having this problem?

Do you remember the code? Was the code for a specific oxygen sensor like bank 1 or bank 2?
There are an assortment of codes for the oxygen sensors, depending on engine bank, position, etc.
Any information you might have will help.

X2. Need to see your specific DTC. There are over 30 DTC's that involve O2 sensors in OBDII diagnostics that include everything from circuit malfunction, high voltage, low voltage, No activity, Slow Response, etc. While the DTC may be of the O2 sensor variety, it doesn't always mean that the O2 sensor is the fault. More often than not you have to refer to the Freeze Frame Data, stored with the code, in order to get a complete understanding of what was going on when the code was set.
