Fridge is warm….

So we picked up our 21 gt3 a few months ago. When we picked it up the dealership told us the fridge wasn’t working and they had ordered a new cooling unit but the parts would take a few weeks. We decided to take the RV as we had a trip planned that we couldn’t cancel. We used it twice while waiting for the parts to arrive and both times the fridge worked, on both LP and shore power. We took it back when the parts arrived and the dealership replaced the cooling unit and the fridge is still not working. They have had for over a month. Once again we have to have the coach for a trip we can’t cancel. I got it home and low and behold it really isnt working. The dealership can’t seem to fix it, and they want to replace the entire unit. Norcold won’t authorize that repair… we are at a loss of what to do, any suggestions?
