Frigidaire residential fridge

We recently bought a 350ts Georgetown XL. We plugged it..... Goes to temp but every day the freezer temp starts to go up...refrigerator temp stays the same....then after 4 hours the freezer temp goes back down again. My husband thinks it's because we turned on the propane but I thought the resiential fridges are not propane controlled. Please help so discouraged!!!

We have the Frigidare residential double door with bottom freezer in our Cardinal. I think what is happening is that the freezer is going into the defrost cycle. You are correct, propane will have no effect on the residential fridge as it is just electric operated. My wife loves ours and I think you will too.

If you are loosing food there is something wrong. We do not loose any food when frigidare goes into defrost cycle.
