FROG Rally Service

Apologize is this is a dumb question: How would one go about validating that their service request for the FROG Rally was approved?

We are cutting a long trip short to attend the rally and want to make sure the work we need done is going to be done.

What year is your rig?
Are you the original owner?

You might want to add year, make model and such to your signature and profile for future correspondence.

When you registered for the rally there was a place to fill out your request for work up 2 items if your camper is 2years old and newer. I think they will send you a notice of approval. later RJD

My 2021 GT7 36D7 is less than 2 years old. I submitted the request form before the deadline and can view it online, but have heard nothing since then. Is this normal?

Unfortunately yes, there will be a time where you go to the service office where they will review your request and explain the process on your request, this will be explained at the rally and info on where the service office should be in your info packet, or just ask someone in parking or registration where the service building is located.

so we grceived an invite, but as we no longer own our Georgetown gt7 , should i ignore it or respond as not attending out of courtesy.

If you signed up and paid to attend, I would say YES, plus it would be nice to get some type of a refund. Everyone one is invited that owns a Forest River unit, you choose to register.
