Hi Bryan and Vonnie
We bought a 2011 in 2011 and just love it. We have traveled over 12,000 miles in it some minor problems but they were fixed. Check your hydraulic lines as we had to have ours replaced. We have gone to Canada after the
Goshen rally, Washington DC rally and lots of points in between. We a going to the Goshen rally this year we had such a good time last year. Iggy (John ) bought a 2012 and he knows everything one needs to know about the vehicle. We did get rid of the sofa and put in 2 recliners in because their are only two of us. Just pm if we can help.

We have a 2011 378 we bought new. Mostly likes with ours too. I'd like a little more room around the bathroom sink and the bedroom could be a little bigger. I'm not a fan of the couch either, but my wife doesn't mind it. Would like a different style recliner, but the Euro recliner is working ok. We added a foam mattress topper and the bed is now great.

We really like the fireplace, the base ment passthrough storage, The living room space when the front seats are turned around, the kitchen area is workable and the Fork V10 is super. Overall, we haven't seen a floor plan we like any better.
We have over 13,000 mi on it and have used it over 135 nights so far and are looking forward to many more!

Replaced couch with 2 recliners that have massagers....aah nice,
2 end tables

Took out gold satin headboard....personalized the wall

Removed the table chairs...add library table, filing cabinet....holds laptop, paperwork.

I have wooded tv tables under bed...never used! Don't like company....

Replaced "LR and BR " ?? drapes with valances and day night shades

Added plexiglass to inside of screen door. Like the light...but not dust and too much fresh air

We are happy and way more comfortable!

Are you going to Goshen in Aug.

How do you like that fan you added in the bedroom?
Like the clock also in the bedroom after removing curtains.

I really like the day night over the drapes. Neater look.

The fan is just hung on the inside of the open small cupboard door. We like the air movement. During the day. We keep the a/c on 65 and move the air to the front....then hopefully don't have to run the front ac. I can't stand the noise. Hard to hear tv, etc

It takes awhile...this is 3rd year in this coach. I have two different friends who just purchased a Journey 36M and 34B.....wouldn't trade them even up. The opposing slides we have are perfect!

Wow Iggy, your coach is no longer an RV...It's a house! Must hide your pictures from DW.

Georgetown 2012 378TS. ...would like some discussuin

We have a 2013 378 xl
Added a home theater surround sound with blue ray, blue tooth and wireless
Added larger living room smart tv (42")because the toshiba (40") failed after 1 week
Added satellite connections in lower cargo bin for all HD equipment that I installed
Added wireless HDMI connections in the coach so all TVs are now HD
Added LED lights in all of the cabinets
Added LED lighting to the outside under right hand slide out
Added central vacuum
Added memory foam to both beds
Added combo W/D
Added oxygenics shower head
Added Progressive Industries electrical protector
Future plans are rear track bar, CHF, pantry modification

The down side
Third set of steps in less than 10 months (all Lippert)
Replaced door because the spring would not keep the door from flying open and bending the door frame and the bottom hinge
Hydraulic hose not tightened at front right jack so lost a little fluid
Alignment (caster, camber and toe in we're way off)
Molding around front windshield was not installed properly. Allowed water to seep in

Forrest River has been wonderful at all repairs

I Iggy,

All them improvements look great, we also like to remove the couch and install two easy boy chairs. Just wondering do I have to take the couch apart to get it thru the door, does the back of it come off, and do I have to separate the bed part from the couch to move it? I found out that I can pull it straight out it is not even screwed down to the floor.
on another subject we have carpet in the living room and we would like to change that to laminated floor has anybody done that and how hard is that?

Yes it has to be semi broken down to get thru the doorway.
I had the sleeper couch with the real mattress. My couch came apart.
Lift the read back and it should come off. It seems it is just sitting in a wedge so it came off easy.
After that I removed the mattress then unscrewed the metal bedframe from the sides. This may not be needed to be done but if you are by yourself this helps reduce the weight dramatically.
Here is a picture of the couch I took apart and sold on Craigslist to someone who needed a sleeper couch.
