Georgetown 360 front slide

I have a 2011 360 Georgetown, the trim at top of rear wall of slide, when closing and at closed position, will contact the trim top of the bedroom door. Also the floor on the rear of the slide seems to be higher in the closed position.
I have adjusted on the slide, nothing seems to really help. The slide seem to operate evenly and smoothly. I just don't like it rubbing the door trim when it is closed.
Has anyone experienced this problem and corrected it?

Thanks, Don

I also have a 2011 360, I ended up trimming the trim piece to give it a gap. It seems to have done the trick.

Slide is coming in slightly off center, the fridge end is a fraction behind the drivers end, mine did this under warranty and goughed a small chunk out of the trim over the door way, the dealer adjusted, not sure how but has been working good for 1 1/2 years. Only concern I have is the scrape marks on plywood on bottom side of slide, where is slides in and out. Hope this helps

I'm out of warranty so I have adjusted on the thing (can't ruin ruined) and I believe it to be even as it comes in and out,I have raised the outside wall which made the slide smoother, but did not stop the trim from rubbing. My slide also has a rub spot on the bottom of both sides, don't know what's up there, I think that it is better since I raised up the outside wall.
