Georgetown 369DS Floor

We have a 2017 Georgetown 369 DS. The tiles on the floor is coming loose and the grout is chipping up between the tiles. Any one else having this problem. Our dealer is going to try to fix it. But is this going to be a on going issue. We are well pleased with this unit and this is the only major we have had.

Are 2016 Georgetown 362DS has the same tile floor as yours I think. Ours is new we only have two thousand miles on it so I don't know if it's going to be a problem in the future. Please keep us informed as to how to fix goes and how long it lasts laugh. Wife loves this floor I was apprehensive about it from the very beginning. It's a lot of weight to the coach for aesthetic purposes only. Generally whatever she wants is what I do.

Yes we had the same problem with our 369 XL DS. The first time we let the delear handle it and they sent two yahoos over to our house who did a half a#* job and replaced it with regular grout because it was so much "better". For them maybe! All of that immediately fell out and we were back to square one except now it was such a terrible mess as they had managed to remove some but not all and just covered what was left.

You need to use the grout that the factory uses. For us it was this one: 9-lbs Mushroom Urethane Premixed Grout
Item #:112543 Model #: 11-201-02-01
Yours may be a different color or mix. Check with the factory.
I purchased two of these from Lowes and gave them to my dealer who then had the work done at the dealership by someone. This stuff sets up very fast and tile guys don't like to use it but it is made to be flexible even though it is hard as a rock when it dries. It was a terrible mess both times it was worked on - tile dust was everywhere. I never got reimbursed for the $150 I spent but I didn't pursue it either. I was too busy cleaning up and polishing the haze off the floor.
If I could do it over, I would choose another flooring option like the hard laminate I saw at the factory. The tile looks glamorous and all, but now we have three popped tiles in the bedroom and two cracked tiles. I am living with it - just can't face it again.

Thanks for the update. I figured that was what was going to happen. But as usual the wife likes it so we'll make it work. Thanks for the information on the grout I would have never figured that one out. I did talk her in to putting rugs down in the kitchen area to help cushion against items being dropped. I have one cracked tile under drivers seat. I am going to ignore that one.
