Georgetown command centre trouble

We have a 2010 Georgetown 330TS

On the command center today...
No lights for status on LPG, BATTERY, FRESH, BLACK, GREY
I turn on WATER PUMP switch, it does NOT light and actual pump does NOT work.

I turn on ARCTIC PAC switch, it lights
I turn on WATER HEATER switch, it lights (didn't leave it on more than 1 sec)

All 3 slides work fine.

Everything else throughout the motorhome, both 12V and 110V works. I tested all 12V fuses with a meter, and reset all breakers in power distribution panel in the bedroom.

Is there another "sneak" fuse somewhere to shut down only these parts of the command center?

Thanks

Donlock......

I don't understand where you're suggesting to look.

Is there a black box in your battery compartment or under steps were relays are?

Are you talking about the Battery Control Center located on the vertical wall when you look into the house battery ompartment under the steps?

Are you saying there are fuses inside that deal with the Commnd Center?

Could be little square relays with resets on the side by the relays if it's like my old coachmen. Just saying or the power wire to a relay could be corroded.

Yes. There are a number of 12VDC supplied items that originate from that box (fuses inside) or from the resettable fuses that are in that area. That is the home base for all 12VDC power throughout the coach. Since some fuses supply power to more than one device, it may not be marked as the control panel, so you will just have to test the fuses.

Yes he is saying there are fuses there. I had to replace a fuse in that location when my switch for my steps would not operate and keep the steps extended when camping. Some where on the forum others have posted a schematic of this control panel and fuses located there. Mine was a 5 amp blade fuse

Ok....so I tested all the fuses in the Battery Control Center (BCC) with my meter, they all test good. The inside of this box is spotless, looks as good as the day it was built.

BTW...mine is manufactured by RV Custom Products model SDC-107A

I'm still troubleshooting inside the Command Center.....what a wiring nightmare of colours and gauges. As best as I can figure, white is used for ground. 12V can be found on a number of different colours.

If someone has schematics for BCC or the Command Center, I'd appreciate it.

Just a thought ther maybe a fuse at the water pump which would control
Panel because pump not working or bad ground.
Wonder what powers all those seperate systems
I think I'll see if I can find in my wireing manual for my old coachmen.
tomorrow.

My 2006 340TS has a fuse/breaker panel near the floor in the bedroom. The panel looks like a vent. The cover just pops off.

After not using my MH for a few months I went beserk when about to go on a trip when my control panel acted like yours. Got out my voltage tester and began with the barriers, etc and all seemed to be fine. I chalk this up to old age (75) and lousy memory. While putting the steps covering the battery compart back in place I glanced at the house 12v switch nearby. Yup it was turned off! This may or not be your problem but I had owned my coach for 4 years and managed to forget about the 12v house switch. So don't be too discouraged because we all went through a learning curve and problems often have simple solutions. Good luck and chin up!

Found it!!!!!!!!

Checking and rechecking......

Turns out it was a intermittent defective 15 amp 12V fuse in the power distribution cabinet in the bedroom labeled

15 AMP MON-WATERPUMP

When I probed it with my meter, it sounded for continuity. When I pulled it out to actually look at it, it was broken within the metal of the fuselink.

Drove me crazy!!!!!!

All is good once more.
