Georgetown windshield wipers

We have a 2016 Georgetown 335DS. Need to replace the windshield wipers. I believe they are 28" but cannot identify which brand or type was installed. Have looked at several brands but not sure which are best. Would appreciate recommendations for brand and size
Thanks

Brand is up to you.
Just get the blades that say they work with J hook or has the adapter to hook to a J hook arm.

I would look at a truck stop and wee what they have.
The important part other than the J hook is the thickness and size of the rubber. Take a look at a few and youwill see the cheaper ones are thinner.

That is the best advise I can suggest other than take on blade off and take it with you.
Good luck and Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukah.

I believe the J hook is 9mmx4mm. I bought 28" Bosch from Autozone and the adaptor was in the package. Mine were 32" as fitted but those blades were 40.00 each so I reduced to 28'' and they work OK (don't need to see passing aircraft!!)

I got my GT wipers at Wally World for $8 each and they came with adapter for the wide or narrow "J" hook.

Yes,there is a j type spring that attaches to your wipers. You can get that at places that sell or repairs big rigs

There is a way. The spring needs to be tighten. I adjusted mine a little too much though and will loosen then up when the weather gets warmer. Not easy to do though. When I get a chance I will take a picture of what to do.

Yes, not easy but I did mine and if I can do it anyone can. Wrapperman said he would show what needs to be done. It just takes a little more tension on the spring. I did mine by moving the wedged in place piece of metal that the spring is attached to on one end. Maybe wrapperman has a different approach.

Bubbles I think you and I did the same thing to tighten them. Easy to remove the spring but hard to put the spring back on.
Hopefully the weather permits me to remove the wiper blade and take pictures. The forecast is for 17 in the morning for the next 3 days. Pretty cold for us East Texans.

After I tighten my wipers they now press too hard against the windshield. This weekend I am going to loosen them a little.
