Has any one had problems with the Good Sam Club extended insurance? I seem to be getting the run around over a blown tire. This happened over 3 months ago and all the insurer seems to do is pass me off to another claims rep. The claim was authorized early last April and they are asking me for tread depth, vin #. This should have been on the original claim when it was approved. I wonder if I will ever get my money! I'm not impressed and would like to warn everyone who is or has taken their policy. After this MINOR mishap I doubt if renewal is in the wind.
I had GS Extended coverage-no tire issues but always got nailed for "diagnostic" fees over the expected $50 deductible, which were never fully covered. Seemed like a scam to me since Camping World now owns Good Sam - went downhill.
I now have Interstate Star Diamond coverage. New coach so no claims yet to be able to say how they are. I would not renew Good Sam.

No This is a claim against the tire rider on their extended insurance. Why does the consummer always pay? I did my part, I PAID up front coverage fees, am not a lawyer I accepted the WORD of the sales person that NO PROBLEM! you are covered. Now I find out you need a US address, they won't forward communication to Canada, delay, delay delay!!!
