GT5 Map lights always on

We recently purchased a 2021 Georgetown GT 5 36B5. When we are hooked up to shore power the map lights in the cab area stay on. We tried the map light switch on the dash but it doesn’t do anything while on shore power. We were told they will go off after a few minutes. After a week of breaking it in the lights have not gone off.

Any ideas on how to toggle them on and off. Thanks in advance.

There should be a roller switch to turn them off or on either on your dash, or on the drivers side control
