At least my camera looks the same, right down to the LED arrangement. The Jensen XRV10 display I have takes a standard camera input of 1 volt so any standard camera could be used and I'd guess they're all standard.

Depending on what the FR dealer is charging, it may be worth contacting RVS and asking for the cost of a replacement camera.

But...that last one requires that you specify the cable length. This might require some cable splicing unless you can just swap the camera guts unless there's a plug somewhere.
