Hate my Driver's Seat

Suggestions to replace the "upgraded" (spelled garbage) electric driver's seat FR provided. Stopped in Chrome store and was impressed by Semi seat ($1400), but aside from the price, it is powered by air - not an option on my RV. I've tried RV cushions, my third attempt will arrive tomorrow. 4 and 5 stars are not valid. None has worked yet. I'm trying one more before I rip out the FR garbage and do something else. FYI, seat is basically new, no defects, it just S***S.

I'm not, the seat is turning me into more of one. Enough jokes, looking for ideas/solutions.

If you are referring to a lack of lower back support you can order a inflatable lumbar support that goes under seat cover it has a blood pressure type bulb you can inflate and deflate. Taking cover off not real difficult, take seat out of M/H and put on bench then turn over take a picture of how bottom is fastened then remove arms then cover and install lumbar bag.

Thanks for the reply. Actually the entire seat ____, but there is no support under my bottom to speak of and I am not even big, much less large. The second seat cushion I ordered was Ok with reference to first one, but after travelling with it, it is too small in front to back size (leaves 2" of seat front exposed) and needs more than supposed 3" (more like 2") soft cushion. A 3rd arrives today - 1" longer.

If this one doesn't work out, I may go your suggested route and remove the cover and foam from the FR seat and have one custom made. It may be somewhat pricey, but not as much as a new seat and it will be exactly what I desire. I'll also go cloth instead of hot vinyl.

Talk to auto-upolstery shops. They may have recommendations on how to re-build your existing seat.

I bought a Purple Cushion from Sam's club about 45 days ago and used it on my last long trip 2,500 miles.
Made a great difference to my but, hips, and shoulder pain.
Actually over the 30 day trip I had no problems with my butt hurting with pressure on the nerve.
This is what it looks like outside the zipper washable cover.

Pricey but worth it for me.
