Heavy towing with GT 350

We just got our 2013 GT 350 XL this fall. I need to set up for safely towing a large boat. The boat is going to be about 5,200 lbs wtih a hitch weight of 490 lbs. It's slightly over the 5K towing capacity on the trailer but will still be well below the GCWR. I'm look for advise to beef up the towing stability for this boat (ie: airbags, stabilizer, reinforcements). Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Only you can decide that.
All I can suggest hopefully you are travelling a short distance and slow down when pulling the boat so if you have to make a panic stop the brakes will work better.
Are you sure the Georgetown can launch and pull out a large boat on a ramp?
Think about it.

My thoughts exactly! I keep my 20' boat at the lake. and launch it with my Jeep.

I tried, once, to launch it with the MoHo.

No mo!
