How do you get to the back of the kitchen cabinet 378

On the 378 the right hand side of the cabinet next to the couch it is very hard to put anything in the back. We have put shelf liner on the shelf and store a crock pot and an other large pot that we don't use everyday at the back. It is very hard to get them out. The one at floor level is even worse. Have any of you come up with a plan?

Like you put large seldom used items in the back needs "boarding house reach" . In the bottom we have a large lightweight deep tray basket so a bunch of stuff can be removed at once for access to the back area.

We store all the large heavy items in the lower floor cabinet.
The one right of the microwave is paper plates, bowls, box of utensils
The cabinet above sink we store all paper goods as well as tin foil rolls and also light stuff.

Yes they could have done better.
I'm thinking about building some insert for the one to the right of the mircowave.
The one over the sink the middle shelf could be made larger to store more.
Any pictures or other ideas would be helpful to all

Happy New Year
