Document your contacts with your dealer. Then, after giving them a reasonable time to order, your replacement part, note their inability to service your MH. Then if not satisfied, contact the manufacturer directly, customer service division and request remedy. Explain that if in fact it is not working properly, it might be a safety issue. Good luck.
