Interesting (battery disconnect switch)
Anyone know what would make the battery disconnect switch turn off the coach all by itself? Just came back from shopping and the disconnect switch is turned off.
I have no clue any ideas?

Does yours look anything like these styles?
Never heard of one turning itself off though. Scary stuff.

No its
A rocker switch with a built in led light to show that it’s on.
Heck it could be the computer turning off the touch screen which I think signals to the battery and that may turn off the battery cut off switch.
I came in turned on the battery switch the screen power right up and everything works / I’m stumped

Are you certain that it's not the indicator lights going into a 'sleep' mode?

This is a post from last year for the identical issue with the new BCC.
We've been working with Precision Circuits, who is our supplier on the battery control center(bcc), since this thread has picked up steam and seems to be more wide-spread than we were aware. Precision has determined a time range when the bcc's in question would have been built. According to their internal testing they found about a 5% failure rate in those bcc's. Five percent is too much and they agree. We are in the process of putting together a TSB, or Technical Service Bulletin. A TSB is similar to a recall with one very important distinction. A TSB does not involve anything that relates to the possible health and well-being of a consumer using the product. All customers that have units built during the time frame in question and any dealer that may still have one of those units in stock will receive a notice. Customers will be able to take their coach to an authorized service center to have their bcc replaced at no charge. If your coach is not having issues with the bcc you do not have to have the work completed. If Precision's testing is accurate and the "failure rate" is only 5% the overwhelming majority(95% if I can still do math) will never experience this issue.
However, you are welcome to have yours changed out at no cost to you if you receive the letter informing you that your coach was built with the bcc that is experiencing issues. The process takes a couple of weeks to put together. Units need to be identified, contact lists put together, directions on the fix(this is an easy one) need to be detailed and documented and all of this then needs "signed off" on by several parties. I will update this post over the next couple of weeks as we progress on this.
For those of you that have reached out here on the forum already I apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you. I'm told that everyone who private messaged me their information has already been contacted by a member of our service and warranty department. Hopefully some are already fixed and the others will be shortly.
Thank you,
Chris

No, this is the newer BCC (battery control center) typically located near the coach batteries.

Is it easy to replace? Looks like I need one. And an instructions page on how to replace one would be great!!!

Don't think it would be hard but maybe you reach out to FR or the manufacturer (Precision Circuits) with your issue and seek their recommendations.

The rocker switch / touch panel sends a low current signal to the BG160 device
This acts similar to a relay and connects / disconnects the high current cables
Unlike a relay ,it does not require constant current on the signal wire so it won't add to your parasitic drain
one click of the rocker switch moves/slides the BG160 components to connect the cables
click the rocker again ...... it moves/slides the BG160 components to disconnect

My external BlueSea battery switch, the same one I've had for 18 seasons on campers and several boats, fell apart internally earlier this month. Nothing worked on battery power and it wasn't the usual suspects: batteries, fuses, or circuit breakers, it was the switch!
Easy replacement though but a real surprise. The visible copper part rotates and makes contact with both bolts when On. Have no idea why one bolt broke out of the housing.

Battery disconnect
I have one of those switches that you turn one way to turn off and you can pop off the handle. My question is if you turn off the disconnect switch or rather disconnect the battery power can you still keep your trailer plugged in while in storage to keep your batteries charged?

If the battery is disconnected it's disconnected. No current our or In.
