I had a similar problem with a small pesky leak. I tried everything I could think of. Water "creeps" and can run for several feet before finding a place to exit. I would clean the roof, remove virtually all seals I could find, and reseal every joint, light, etc with a professional quality lap sealant, or in the case of marker lights, some silicone. Iggy's advice was good, if there is a low spot near a seal, water will get in.
Also, the dealers find leaks by closing all doors windows and vents, then mounting a high output fan in a window to pressurize the coach, then spray soapy water on all of the seals. I found my leak at a marker light this way.

Mine turned out to be decayed bolts with electrolysis holding the cap and wall together. $3500 in damage

I'm having a hard time understanding why you guys would leave those high dollar rigs out in the weather. My first camper was only $5850 and I covered it with one of the Adco covers. Soon after we bought a new TT that was $18K and I went to work on a steel RV shed. Maybe I'm missing something? Some kind of ordinance maybe that makes building a shed not feasible???

If your using it, and in it day in and day out either full timers or lucky enough to be in a place where you don't have to hide it in storage 5 months out of the year then spending $6,000 grand on a shed your not going to use could be considered not feasible.....every bodies different.
