lci electronic level

In have a 2011 gtown 280 with lci electronic leveling
panel will not turn on
#1 I have checked Parking brake it in engaged
#2 defiantly in Park
#3 fuse on pump is not burned out
#4 have 12 v at pump and solenoid
#5 have checked all fuses at battery box
#6 I need more ideas where to check !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
#7 I HAVE TRIED THE SEARCH BUTTON AND FOUND NOTHING

It has to be power issue there is a red flag breaker by battery box.
My be you have a parking brake fuse or switch issue .
