Leveling Jack Reset Button

Does anyone know where the reset button is on the 2015 Georgetown 270s is? From other threads the reset button is under the entry steps but I don't see it there on our 270s??? I use the Auto button on our Leveling Jacks but the front ones always lift the front tires off the ground and when I try to use the manual button they only go higher ...thanks.
Also if you hold all 4 arrow buttons at the same time to reset do you need to push the auto button first? - it doesn't take much to confuse me as you can see.

Not sure about your model. On mine the breaker for system is in battery bay, it is a hard to see little red lever. But from what you are describing it sounds like it may be the diode issue on the levelling system wiring harness control board, assuming you have the Lippert system. There are posts on here for this issue, find the black and white wire on left of pump and remove it, then go back in try the jacks again. There is a YouTube video from Thor that explains this procedure.

What you describe will reset the system from a failure but the only way to recalibrate the jacks to level is follow the 11 steps in your instruction book and follow it exactly. Sounds as though it's never been done from new. The procedure is also available on line @ LCI.com.
