Main slide isn’t level

My main slide seems to be tilted up after looking at the paint lines. 2008 Georgetown 34SE Has anyone adjusted the 4 leveling bolts under the slide ? Tips ? Click image for larger version

So how is it inside? If it works fine and is good on the inside, I would leave it alone.

It’s hitting the top of the slide and has damaged the seal toward the drivers seat

That's too bad. I would take it to a local service only RV independent who has experience adjusting slides. I've tried to help folks adjust slides and it is never as easy as it seems like it should be

Check under the slide to see if the rollers have not dug in the bottom of the slide

On my 2015 Dynamax DX3, the main slide could be adjusted AT THE CONTROL PANEL. At the back of said control module, there were several buttons that, when pressed, would cause the slide out to move in a particlar direction. BEFORE messing with anything on the ourside, I'd play 20 questions with the factory (or Lippert or a GOOD RV technician). You may well have a problem that is easy to correct; a solution that is NOT likely to cause additional problems.

I had the same issue with my 08 350ts. My striping didn't match up and there was a gap under the bottom of the slide.

It wasn't the slide, the wall had broken away from the floor.

Check the first thread on the Georgetown forum.

I was looking at it yesterday and it looks like the front side wall has dropped. How much to repair the side wall failure if you went that route ? Thanks

Mine was 1800 bucks. Repaired with screws, dropped again 18 months later. No warranty on the repair of course, over the one year time limited.

I wanted if fixed with bolts this time and I was told it would double my previous bill.

Fixed with much bigger self tapping screw.

That was 2 years ago and it is still hanging in there.

Good luck.

No they did not. The trim is removed from the piece of channel under it. They just used caulking to seal and glue the strip back on after they finished the screws.
