We had that problem, the leak was at the end of the top of the slide. Looking at it you will see that it looks looked a small 90degree angle material. It was leaking under that. I unfastened the slide topper (no small job by yourself) rolled it up on the roof, cleaned the top of the slide taking great care on getting the edges super clean then used 3" wide Eternabond Tape (roll was about $45.00) along the top leaping over the angle material. That was 4 years ago, zero leaks since. Good luck with it.
