Missing TV antenna

I recently purchased a 2014 Georgetown XL 360DS

Upon inspection on the roof the TV antenna is gone.
All that remains is a gray piece of PVC tubing about 3 inches
tall and I can see the coax cable inside.

Does anyone who ones a similiar unit know what antenna should
have come from the factory?

Thanks in advance for your help

Not sure on antenna. Notice any water intrusion? Don't let it leak is good for the camper.

Missing TV antenna

I have a 2015 and the antennae blew off going down the interstate in high winds. I heard it hit the roof, pulled over and found what you describe. I was under warranty and it took 3-4 attempts for FR to get me the correct antennae. I have a king jack OA8501. Hope this helps.

thanks for the info on you Motor Home

Here is the interesting problem. There is nothing mounted on
the ceiling of my motorhome. I looked at your model, does
it have an adjustment knob in the ceiling for signal strength
adjustment

Thanks for your assistance

Yes it does. Sorry, must be different units. Hopefully someone with your year/model will chime in soon.

My 2013 378 has the round disc on top of a mounting bracket that you are discribing. The round disc snaps on by pushing it down on the mounting bracket.
I had to remove mine and resolder all of the wire connections inside the disc to make it pick up channels. There is no control handle on the ceiling inside the coach.
I would suspect your disc was not securely attached to the mounting bracket. They do not come off easily but do when you pull up with a quick upward jerk.
