Monitor & Sunglasses

I have a problem seeing our toad in the video monitor when I have sunglasses on. I have an old set of presciption sunglasses that or OK but they are about to fall apart. Can anyone suggest a brand on glasses that I could try. I would like the glasses that go over my prescription glasses. I would willing to get prescription sunglasses if I was sure that they would work.

Are the sunglasses polarized? With a LCD screen and polarized glasses it can cause the screen to be very dark.

I think that that is the problem. It just seems that all good sunglasses are polarized.

I'm not sure about good sunglasses, but I bought some clip-on glasses from wally mart that seem to work OK.

I had the same problem with the in dash GPS/monitor/ t-sig Camera in our 378ts. My prescription sun glasses were way too dark.I got a pair of drive wear prescription sun glasses that work well. I got the brown lens and they are not very dark, but dark enough to drive in comfort and see the monitor.

I bought a pair of wrap around sunglasses that fit over my prescription glasses at Camping World in Tucson last winter. $39 As I recall. I love them!!
