Motorized Shade info needed

I thought (hoped) the shade just needed to be reprogrammed.
I re-programmed it successfully last year to tweek the down stop point.

Suddenly it only moves less than an inch, if at all.

I finally got it in program mode, after trying several times, usually nothing happens…no beeps etc.

I reset the up and down stop points and tested it a couple of times.
The next day it’s back to moving less than an inch at times, usually it doesn’t do anything.

Anybody know where the fuse(s) is (are) located?

Anybody know how to access the motor?

Thanks
We’re in south central Colorado for the summer with very limited internet access.

I'm not familiar with the shades on the newer Georgetown unit but does it have a remote control? The battery in the remote may be your issue but I could be wrong. I installed a set of Power Visors from Carefree of Colorado. If you can check their website they might be where FR gets the shades. There may be some help there. Best of luck!

I believe that you have a "MCD' shade and have the control switch located on the dash. We have the same shade and had a problem with the memory not holding. Fussed with it for months and finally gave up and, after calling MCD, bought a new motor/memory unit and had it installed at the dealer while the rig was there for another problem. Have not had any problems at all since the change. If your rig is still under warranty it should be covered.

Thanks Lostdog, I used the links in the thread started by MGOBlue to reprogram our shade.
I suspect the motor is bad like yours.
We’re at our lot in Colorado so taking it in will have to wait till late fall.

I was hoping pulling the fuse would reset the motor to its factory default, but don’t know which fuse to pull.

Looks like a call to Forest River…

Thanks
