Motorized window screen

Hi, the motorized window screen on our 2012 Georgetown 327DS has stopped working. Good news it’s in the up position. I’m hoping it’s just a fuse. Does anyone have an idea where the fuse might be? Anyone else have an idea what else it could be? Thanks for reading!

Question

Is the ignition off? When the engine is running, the sun screen will only move down a few inches from the top.

Check fuse #16 (fuse for 2012 GT378 shade) in the fuse panel that's on the floor left of the steering column. I think there possibly are other items coming off this fuse and they would also be inop if it was blown.
