Mystery roof leak

In the last couple months, I am having problem with the roof leak on the driver side, right above the driver seat during heavy rain. I checked all of the seals/caulking above the roof and found no where that could be leaking. I recaulked the complete roof and still have leak. Does anyone have the same problem? Any hint?

Do I need to remove all of the old caulking before putting a new layer of caulk? All I did was clean the old caulk then caulking over the old with overlap down to the roof material.

Thank!

Thank Iggy and Scrapper, the leak is through some where from the roof, not on front or side, because my ceiling liner right above the driver seat is soaked with water...
