Mystery wire

I have a 2009 Georgetown 373.
There is a i5 amp fused wire going directly to the battery + terminal. It is not shut off by the battery disconnect and is drawing current. it sparks when
touched to the + terminal. What does this circuit run?

Probably CO detector and propane detector. Did you by the unit new? could be something a previous owner added.

I believe that fuse is for your electric awning if you have one. It's directly from the battery to allow retraction no matter what.

I had a wire like that when we bought our rig from a private seller. No idea what it was for. Previous owner had no idea either. Said it was there when he purchased the rig new. I disconnected it to see what might quit working. 7 years later, it's still disconnected, and everything still works just fine. Can't trace it, and it does not show up in the electrical panel. Not really worried about it now.

Believe that it is to the LP detector, there is a safety valve just pass the regulator, so when the LP detector goes off it shuts off the flow of propane. I had the same question and that is what I found out because I had to replace my LP detector.

Mine is for propane detector, the other ones are for electric steps and the have no idea. Awning power comes from inside my control box

The steps is a 20A. awning is a 15A and LP detector is a 5A. I believe this is correct for the GT.
