I have a 2012 378TS XL.
I just looked at the Fleetwood 36e and lists for about $150k 36 ft long
The 2015 Georgetown 378TS XL list about the same but is 37.6 ft long

Both have the identical Ford engine, drive train on a 242" wheel base Max 26,000 lbs

Now you have to find out how low each dealer will go on the new 2015.
I'd suggest buying a 2014 at a discount and a $150k rig you should be able to get out the door for $100k to $110k if you work really hard.

Now the 2015's they probably only go down $10,000 off MSRP of $150,000

You have to look at the interior quality to make the decision.
What size is the bed?
Does it have 2 AC units, 15k and 12.5k or two 12.5k units
Does it have full body paint with clear coats
Does it have double pane windows?
Does it have good 22.5 " tires and Aluminum rims?
Does it have electric fire place?
Does it have a residential refrigerator (Invertor I do not like)
or one that runs off of AC or Propane (I like this)

The Georgetown has lots more headroom inside.
The Georgetown has better quality exterior compartment doors
The Georgetown has more space below.

No you have to look closer at the two and decide.

We have the 2012 378XL and love it. Its a hard chose but the old saying wife ain;t happy nobody happy. Also consider that with the 1/2 bath you are losing living room space where you will spend most of your time. Good luck and see you down the road..

Buy a Tiffin Open Road. Too many better features than I can list.

No doubt the Tiffin is a way better buy than either the Fleetwood or Georgetown. We shopped all 3. Way more bang for the buck, way better cabinets, interior, cargo doors, etc in the Tiffin, and I'd say WAY better after the sale service from Tiffin. Not one manufacturer can match what they'll do. But, either of the ones you've picked will suit fine as well. I've owned the Tiffin, so can vouch for those.

My friend has a Fleetwood, bath and a half. I have a Georgetown bath and a half. The Fleetwood only has one holding tank (at least my friends is this way) and it has some kind of motor that helps move the contents to the holding tank. He says if the toilet is flushed during the night it's so loud it wakes him up. He's had to have it repaired once. I love my bath and a half with two holding tanks. No noise and more capacity.

The big decision for us came down to the floorpan. We bought the 378 - the huge deciding factor was that we were looking for a fulltime RV, and the opposing slides gave us a HUGE living room. Now six months in, we are very comfortable in our decision.

I just looked at the Tiffin Open Road 2015.
The one thing that I liked on the Tiffin was the new frameless front windshield. Must be better than the rubber gasket type we have.
The interiors are nice but they all are about the same. Tiffin may be a little nice but they all are medium quality.

You will enjoy the larger living area.
I removed my sleeper/couch and installed a double recliner.
Its just me and my wife.
I also removed the Euro chair and found a great desk on Craigslist to install next to the couch. Now I have a place to use the computer.

If your wife wants a bath and half (my wife did) then show her the Georgetown 360 for comparison. The 378 living room is great. Wish there was a 360 with the double slide LR.

How true it is, the only thing better would be the 378 with bath and half with a 4th slide where the dressers are in the bedroom. That I thing would be the perfect setup!!!!
