You didn't mention if it's new / under warranty - if so, then Kevin Stratton is the person to call. Number posted above is close, but wrong area code. It's 574-206-7611. Or kstratton@forestriverinc.com. He's a good guy and will generally respond within 24-48 hours.
If it's not under warranty, then suggest calling a Georgetown dealer near you, which you can locate with the link already provided above.
