I contacted Williamsburg Furniture and Bryan at Forrest River, had to send photos of seat damage, model and vin number of unit.
They ordered replacement covers and shipped them to me under warranty even though our unit is a 2011. In fact we are getting all new upholstery items, couch, euro chair, ottoman and captains chairs. Takes a while working through the process, but it works. The best avenue of contact was through email, Bryan answered promptly, so did Williamsburg. Good luck.

Sorry that didn't come out like I intended it. They ordered mine and I wondered how long it took after Forest River ordered them. Thanks

Just received cab seats and couch covers, but was advised that they are now unable to provide covers for the Euro chair. 2015 378 coach. Not happy.

They are sending me new Dinette cushions, because they come pre-assembled, and a new Euro Chair. They already replaced the Captain's Chairs Covers. .

I'm still waiting for our covers, ordered in October but much to our surprise a new euro chair showed up at our house unannounced. They said that covers were no longer available so they sent a new chair. Hope it matches the covers when, and if, they arrive.

My captain chairs and sofa covers arrived this week and no euro chair cover. Took about 60 days. Hope to get a new chair if covers are not available.

How difficult was the install if you did yourself? Did you receive any installation instructions? Or did you have them professionally installed and the cost?

I paid a local upholstery shop to do mine. They seem pretty straight forward, and I believe I have seen a couple of folks that installed theirs......I didn't have the patients.

So, I have the 2013 - 351.

I was able to get Forest River to send me out new covers -- Kind of. So, they sent the new covers for the front seats, and the sofa. However, I have the "barrel" swivel chair.

Back when I was dealing with Travis, I told him I would have paid the price difference to get the upgraded leather skin replacements. But, the regular, same as before skins arrived. This is where it gets fun....NOT.

So Travis informs me they no longer have the skins for my barrel chair. I talk with him and he is going to look into getting me a replacement chair -- the euro chair or similar at cost. Which I am fine with.

Time goes by...and Travis leaves. So, I get in touch with the new guy that is taking over for Travis - Jeff. Well, after several emails he tells me there is NOTHING they can do. Period.

So, here I am.... Forest River mostly fixed the problem but stopped short. It is the first thing you see when you walk into the coach -- the P.o.S. chair that looks like garbage that THEY would not fix.

Hopefully I can get Williamsburg to step up, problem is now I need to find out who there I can deal with.

What a shame....

Guys my 2012 351 is in the same shape. Stuff coming off everywhere. Would you mind sharing with me the contact information for getting replacement covers. I am sick to my stomach over this, looks horrible.

Here is the email for the person I went thru. Explain your issue and he will tell you what is required of you and if he is not the one for your area he should provide that info. clopez@forestriverinc.com I had no issues dealing with him on my replacement seat covers. My unit is a 2012 GT378.

Hey guys,I had Forest river replace my couch covers, captains chairs covers and they sent a replacement chair. I contacted
Bryan Knight
Forest River Service Representative
PH: 574-206-7604
Fax: 574-206-2484
Better to use his email address: bknight@forestriverinc.com

I also dealt with Karlie in Customer Service at Williamsburg Furniture, again, better to use the email address:
customerservice@wbfusa.com.

The chair they sent is a euro chair with a reclining footrest. Click image for larger version
