Next project, new center console

Love my new GeorgetownXL 350 but I don't like the center console too much. Too far for accessing information while you drive and can't really see all of my gps screen.

I will be building a new one with an extra monitor just for the cameras, my head unit w/nav and a few more gauges.

I want to make it look OEM as I don't like tons of cables or gadgets all over the place.

This is the idea, I sure it will look as good but I will try hard!

Any suggestions are welcome

For the life of me I do not know why FR does not do the same in the first place. You would think someone at the factory has sat behind the wheel and realized the placement/angle of the screen is useless. How much more would it cost to angle it so the driver can actually see it?

Please post pictures as you progress as I imagine a good many of us will steal your idea.

Wow. Really nice. You have a wonderful talent.
Even though the console is okay I really thought Forest River could put a little more thought into the center console design.
