No AC or DC Power in Coach

I went out to my 2017 Georgetown 369DS and it started right up.
The motorhome is plugged into the house and I know I am getting power to the extension cord.
I have no AC or DC power inside the coach. I have checked circuit breakers.
Usually when you plug into shore power it clicks.
Could it be the transfer switch? If so what can I do?
Generator will not turn on.
Any help would be great.

Firt thing I would do is charge the house batteries. The generator starts off the house battery. This should get the dc side working.

As for AC I'm not sure how the George Town is setup.

With the engine running actuate and hold actuated the emergency start switch and try the generator.

Don't have to have the engine running for the interconnect just didn't want you to possibly run down the chassis battery trying to start the genny.

getting the generator to work is only a stop gap measure.

it sounds like the batteries are low or dead. this would explain why no 12 volt power.

but you say you had it hooked up to the house. not getting 120 power could explain why the batteries went dead. they were connected to a load and not getting recharged.

so to me the real issue is to find out why you aren't getting 120 volt power when you were hooked up to the house. the best way to do this is to get the multimeter out and simply check for 120 volt power at each and every connection from the house receptacle to the rv distribution panel. do not assume, check it with a meter! once you can get 120 volt power to the rv the other problems will go away.

If the generator can be started via the aux start switch that would indicate the coach batteries are low and if the 120Vac items come to life that would indicated the ATS is at least switching to the genny input.
