No Hot Water Either Heat
 
So I’m blew the water lines on rig for the winter. I remember shutting the water off to the water heaters so that I could build up the pressure on the other lines once I took out the Anirod Rods and had blown the hot water tank.
So I have no hot water in either tank or they’re not firing up so I assume I have no water in them. I thought I was perfect when I installed the rods back in and didn’t have any leakage. Can you look at the photos and see if those three valves are going the correct direction.
Help we’re out on the road.

Looks like your bypass valve (the one on the short pipe between the hot and cold lines) is open. it should be closed for normal operation.
Can you confirm if you have any water in the heater? What type of heater do you have (ie: propane only, propane-electric)?

Well I just loosens both rods and water started to come out. We’ll see if anyone has any answers.

Turn the center (bypass) valve in your picture 90 degrees clockwise and you will be in business.

So there's water in the boiler now. Is it propane only or is it electric too? If so, did you have the boiler full of water BEFORE you tried to heat it with the electric element?

Reason I asked is if you tried to engage the electric element BEFORE the boiler was full, you may have damaged the element; hence, no hot water.
Does the water still feel "cold" or is it tempered somewhat?

Well I didn’t turn the electric on I can try that. These worked last fall. So short of blowing out the waterlines I’m not sure what else I did.

If you closed that bypass valve and didn't try to electrically heat a partially filled boiler, you should be OK now.
If the propane burner is working now you should soon feel a difference from the faucet.
Did you bleed all the air out of the hot and cold lines?

Take everyone’s advice and close the bypass valve. In your first picture it is the one with a red line on one side and blue on the other. Don’t turn on the electric element until the hw tank is completely full.

You can hear it trying to fire up with that rapid clicking firing up sound but nothing.
Do I need to bleed the water tanks. Maybe there’s more air sitting in them still.

Just re-read your posts and saw you noted "heaters" - plural.
Did you close - turn 90 degrees - the valve on each heater?
If so, should be heating up now.

Silly questions but here goes - do you have the propane tanks on and have you bled the air from them? Did you light the stove top or run the furnace to confirm good propane supply? If not, it may take a while for the propane to purge the air from the lines at the propane water heater burner (the burner's igniter is trying to light air, not propane).
