No reception on TV

Recently lost reception on both tv’s. Checked all connections from antenna to tv except for distribution box which I cannot find. Any advice will be great.

Over the Air channels (OTA), maybe a fuse popped on the booster?

Where is the booster fuse located? I have a white plate on the front passenger side overhead where the DVD player and the antenna/cable/satellite selector is. The white plate has an on/off button on it that works. Is that the one?

Could be the wire came loose at the antenna, or the amplifier in the antenna has gone bad. Also remove the screws from the white plate and see if you can carefully get it to pull out and check all the connections for tightness on the backside.

If the light is coming on on the "plate" the fuse is not blown.

No reception on TV

Water got into the coax connector on the roof due to a bad seal. I fixed mine by replacing the double female F connector on the roof and replaced the coax going to the antenna. I sealed it up and it's better than original

Try checking the source input on your TV, maybe selected something other than your cable connection.

This is for a GT360 and I think it is for your 2012 even though it is a 2014 drawing.

Didn’t see where you noted which rig you have. I have a 2017 369xl. Distribution box is located in middle cabinet above windshield. To get to it I had to remove the back panel in the cabinet. 3 of the several connectors were extremely loose.
