Noise in front end 2004 Georgetown 359TS

We recently stayed in a place that was not very level and had to put blocks under the front leveling jacks. It raised the front wheels at least five inches off the ground. When we let the jacks down, there was a lot of "shuttering". As we we were backing out, a loud " oil canning" noise was heard. It has not gone away. Very prominent at very low speeds. It will do it going straight ahead and backwards and in slow turns. Front end has been looked at but can find nothing. Any suggestions? Does extending the shocks down that far cause any problems. Thanks for any help.

Word of caution, keep all the spring pivots and shackles well lubed.
